The Welcome Bubble
Fifi and Momo share their bubbles with a shy child at the park and find a new friend.
Fifi dipped the wand into the soapy cup. 'Watch this, Momo!' She blew gently and a stream of shiny bubbles floated up.
Momo's eyes got big. 'I see a girl on the bench, ' he said, tilting his head. 'She looks a little lonely.'
Fifi looked over. 'Let's ask her to play, ' she said. They walked to the bench. 'Hi, I'm Fifi! Do you want to blow some bubbles?' The girl looked down. 'I don't know how.'
Momo picked up the wand with his paws. 'Like this!' he said, but he blew so hard the cup tipped. Bubbles exploded into the air, and Momo jumped and popped them with his nose. The girl giggled.
Fifi smiled. 'It's easy, let me show you.' She helped the girl hold the wand. Together they blew, and a big, wobbly bubble grew at the end.
The bubble floated up, carrying the girl's smile inside it. They all sat in the grass, watching it drift away until it faded with a soft pop.
